Sedro-Woolley Guard Cade Isakson led all scorers with 16 points as the Cubs beat Mount Vernon 58-40 in a game at Mount Vernon High School.”

Isakson’s points came on 3 field goals, 1 three pointer and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

Mount Vernon was led by Isaiah Brown’s 16 points and Henry Nutting added 11. Mount Vernon fell to 0-1 overall while Sedro-Woolley improved their record to 0-0.
