Mercer Island beats Redmond 64-54

Mercer Island’s Griffin Emanuels led all scorers with 19 points as the Islanders beat Redmond 64-54 in a game at Mercer Island HS.”

Emanuels’ points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 3 of 4 free throws during the game.

Redmond was led by Maclain Forseth’s 16 points and Carson Brown added 15. Redmond fell to 6-7 overall while Mercer Island improved their record to 7-8.

Redmond’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Jan. 16 at 7:15pm versus Sammamish. Mercer Island will host Redmond on Friday Jan. 12 at 8:32pm.
