Prosser defeats Othello 99-89

Prosser Forward Chase Courtney led all scorers with 28 points as the Mustangs beat Othello 99-89 in a game at PHS.”

Courtney’s points came on 11 field goals and 6 of 8 free throws during the game.

Othello was led by Kyler Villareal’s 41 points and Jonathan Garza added 17. Othello fell to 3-7 overall while Prosser improved their record to 5-6.

Othello’s next game is scheduled to be played at Ellensburg HS on Saturday Jan. 6 at 7:15pm versus ELLENSBURG. Prosser will host East Valley on Saturday Jan. 6 at 7:15pm.
