West Valley Eagles cruises by Cheney Blackhawks 61-33 in Washington high school basketball game

West Valley Guard Blaine Vasicek led all scorers with 12 points as the Eagles beat Cheney Blackhawks 61-33 in a game at Cheney High School.

Vasicek’s points came on 2 three pointers and 6 of 7 free throws during the game.

Quinsie Goodloe added 8. Cheney fell to 2-13 overall while West Valley improved their record to 7-5.

Cheney’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Friday Feb. 7 at 7:00pm versus East Valley. West Valley will host Sandpoint on Wednesday Feb. 5 at 6:53pm.
