Othello edges Ephrata 77-75

Othello’s Kyler Villareal led all scorers with 30 points as the Huskies beat Ephrata 77-75 in a game at Ephrata High School.”

Villareal’s points came on 4 field goals, 6 three pointers and 4 of 5 free throws during the game.

Ephrata was led by Jakob Oxos’ 27 points and Hunter James added 17. Ephrata fell to 5-4 overall while Othello improved their record to 1-4.

Ephrata’s next game is scheduled to be played at East Valley High School on Tuesday Jan. 2 at 7:15pm versus East Valley. Othello will host Selah on Tuesday Jan. 2 at 7:15pm.
