Toppenish’s Adonis Shaul led all scorers with 19 points as the Wildcats beat Wapato 54-46 in a game at Wapato.”

Shaul’s points came on 7 field goals, 1 three pointer and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Wapato was led by Manuel Delgadillo’s 13 points and Lorenzo Alvarado added 10. Wapato fell to 7-4 overall while Toppenish improved their record to 10-2.

Wapato’s next game is scheduled to be played at Ellensburg HS on Tuesday Jan. 9 at 7:15pm versus ELLENSBURG. Toppenish will host Ephrata on Friday Jan. 12 at 7:15pm.
