Sumner’s Champ Spencer led the way with 11 points as the Spartans beat Curtis Vikings 54-51 in a game at University Place.

Spencer’s points came on 2 field goals and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

Curtis’ next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Dec. 27 at 3:00pm versus Whitewater. Sumner will host Lindbergh on Thursday Dec. 26 at 2:30pm.
