Franklin Guard Maurice Barnett led all scorers with 16 points as the Quakers beat Lakeside 65-56 in a game at franklin high school.”

Barnett’s points came on 6 field goals and 4 of 10 free throws during the game.

Lakeside was led by Omahre Gratton’s 17 points and Will Johnson added 14. Lakeside fell to 1-1 overall while Franklin improved their record to 1-0.

Lakeside’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Dec. 5 at 7:30pm versus Cleveland. Franklin will host Seattle Prep on Tuesday Dec. 5 at 7:30pm.
