Redmond’s Carson Brown led all scorers with 16 points as the Mustangs beat Nooksack Valley 48-45 in a game at RHS.”

Brown’s points came on 5 field goals, 1 three pointer and 3 of 5 free throws during the game.

Nooksack Valley was led by bauman’s 18 points and veening added 10. Nooksack Valley fell to 0-1 overall while Redmond improved their record to 3-5.

Nooksack Valley’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 2 at 7:15pm versus Lynden. Redmond will travel to on Wednesday Dec. 27 at 2:45pm to play Maryvale.
