Roosevelt edges Liberty 49-45

Roosevelt’s Kyle Luttinen led all scorers with 17 points as the Roughriders beat Liberty 49-45 in a game at Mission Bay HS.”

Luttinen’s points came on 4 field goals and 3 three pointers during the game.

Liberty was led by Jake Elfstrom’s 17 points and Stephen Hei added 12. Liberty fell to 2-1 overall while Roosevelt improved their record to 3-5.

Liberty’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Friday Jan. 12 at 8:30pm versus Bellevue. Roosevelt will travel to on Saturday Dec. 30 at 1:45pm to play Franklin.
