West Seattle beats Squalicum 56-40

West Seattle Guard Elijah Nnanabu led all scorers with 15 points as the wildcats beat Squalicum 56-40 in a game at Kennedy Catholic High School.”

Nnanabu’s points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 1 of 2 free throws during the game.

Squalicum was led by Kendall Engelhart’s 21 points and Devante Powell added 9. Squalicum fell to 1-0 overall while West Seattle improved their record to 8-3.

Squalicum’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 9 at 7:40pm versus Lynden. West Seattle will host Franklin on Tuesday Jan. 2 at 7:30pm.
