Sunnyside’s Trey Sanchez led all scorers with 37 points as the Grizzlies beat EASTMONT 82-71 in a game at Eastmont High School.”

Sanchez’s points came on 8 field goals, 4 three pointers and 9 of 9 free throws during the game.

EASTMONT was led by Isaac WELLBORN’s 28 points and ETHAN SIMPSON added 9. EASTMONT fell to 2-12 overall while Sunnyside improved their record to 5-0.

EASTMONT’s next game is scheduled to be played at Wenatchee High School on Friday Jan. 19 at 7:30pm versus Wenatchee.
