Mercer Island Islanders cruises by Interlake Saints 57-36 in Washington high school basketball game

Mercer Island Forward Luke Wenzel led all scorers with 14 points as the Islanders beat Interlake Saints 57-36 in a game.

Wenzel’s points came on 5 field goals, 1 three pointer and 1 of 4 free throws during the game.

Ezra Aigbe added 10. Interlake fell to 1-4 overall while Mercer Island improved their record to 5-1.

Interlake’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Dec. 18 at 7:15pm versus Juanita. Mercer Island will travel to on Tuesday Dec. 18 at 7:15pm to play Sammamish.
