Garfield Bulldogs defeat O'Dea Fighting Irish 64-56 in Washington basketball game

Garfield Point Guard Koren Johnson led all scorers with 19 points as the Bulldogs beat <a href=’/basketball/teams/123430-odea-fighting-irish’ alt=’O’Dea Fighting Irish’> O’Dea Fighting Irish</a> 64-56 in a game.

Johnson’s points came on 3 field goals, 2 three pointers and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

Noah Williams added 9. O’dea fell to 7-4 overall while Garfield improved their record to 5-3.

O’dea’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 8 at 7:30pm versus Eastside Catholic. Garfield will travel to on Saturday Jan. 5 at 7:30pm to play Lakeside.
