Ferris Saxons defeat Central Valley Bears 56-47 in Washington high school basketball game

Ferris Guard Reece Van Lierop led all scorers with 18 points as the Saxons beat Central Valley Bears 56-47 in a game.

Van Lierop’s points came on 3 field goals, 3 three pointers and 3 of 7 free throws during the game.

Josh Wilson added 11. Central Valley fell to 11-8 overall while Ferris improved their record to 14-5.

Central Valley’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Thursday Jan. 31 at 7:15pm versus Gonzaga Prep. Ferris will travel to on Thursday Jan. 31 at 7:15pm to play Mead.
