North Central Indians edges Rogers Pirates 42-39 in Washington high school basketball game

North Central Forward Leon Sayers led all scorers with 18 points as the Indians beat Rogers Pirates 42-39 in a game.

Sayers’ points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 2 of 3 free throws during the game.

Ethan Kaesemeyer added 11. Rogers fell to 4-16 overall while North Central improved their record to 9-10.

Rogers’ next game is scheduled to be played at on Thursday Jan. 31 at 7:15pm versus Shadle Park. North Central will host Mt. Spokane on Thursday Jan. 31 at 7:15pm.
