Lake Stevens’ Joe Gonzalez led all scorers with 22 points as the Vikings beat Anacortes Seahawks 59-55 in a game at Everett CC.

Gonzalez’s points came on 7 field goals, 1 three pointer and 5 of 8 free throws during the game.

Grayson Eaton added 15. Anacortes fell to 3-5 overall while Lake Stevens improved their record to 4-6.

Anacortes’ next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Jan. 2 at 7:15pm versus Sehome. Lake Stevens will host Cascade on Friday Jan. 4 at 7:15pm.
