Chewelah Cougars cruises by Northport Mustangs 77-16 in Washington high school basketball game

Chewelah Center Jake George led all scorers with 20 points as the Cougars beat Northport Mustangs 77-16 in a game at Kettle Falls MS - Christmas tournament.

George’s points came on 10 field goals during the game.

Trenton Baribault added 4. while Chewelah improved their record to 5-6.

Chewelah will host Mary Walker on Wednesday Jan. 2 at 7:30pm.
