Chewelah Cougars beat Davenport Gorillas 69-51 in Washington high school basketball game

Chewelah Shooting Guard Carl Oman led the way with 23 points as the Cougars beat Davenport Gorillas 69-51 in a game at Chewelah.

Oman’s points came on 3 field goals, 3 three pointers and 8 of 10 free throws during the game.

Peyton Gavin Boggs added 10. Davenport fell to 0-3 overall while Chewelah improved their record to 8-8.

Chewelah will travel to Kettle Falls MS on Saturday Jan. 19 at 6:00pm to play Kettle Falls.
