Chewelah Power Forward Nicholas Franks led the way with 17 points as the Cougars beat Northwest Christian School Crusaders 55-44 in a game at Chewelah.

Franks’ points came on 5 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 6 free throws during the game.

Dane Simpson added 6. Northwest Christian School fell to 8-6 overall while Chewelah improved their record to 11-10.
