Lake Stevens Vikings defeat Marysville Getchell chargers 78-72 in Washington high school basketball game

Lake Stevens’ Ian Mahler led the way with 19 points as the Vikings beat Marysville Getchell chargers 78-72 in a game.

Mahler’s points came on 4 field goals, 3 three pointers and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Josiah Wellner added 22. Marysville Getchell fell to 2-2 overall while Lake Stevens improved their record to 3-5.

Marysville Getchell’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Dec. 28 at 7:00pm versus Anacortes. Lake Stevens will travel to on Friday Dec. 28 at 5:30pm to play Black Hills.
