Lake Stevens’ Joe Gonzalez led the way with 15 points as the Vikings beat Mariner Marauders 62-58 in a game.

Gonzalez’s points came on 2 field goals, 2 three pointers and 5 of 8 free throws during the game.

D Septimo added 11. Mariner fell to 10-7 overall while Lake Stevens improved their record to 7-11.

Mariner’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Wednesday Jan. 30 at 7:15pm versus Mount Vernon. Lake Stevens will travel to on Wednesday Jan. 30 at 7:15pm to play Cascade.
