Ferris Saxons edges Central Valley Bears 66-64 in Washington high school basketball game

Ferris’ Reece Van Lierop led all scorers with 26 points as the Saxons beat Central Valley Bears 66-64 in a game at CVHS.

Van Lierop’s points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 12 of 14 free throws during the game.

Kyle Clay added 12. Central Valley fell to 4-2 overall while Ferris improved their record to 5-2.

Central Valley’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Dec. 18 at 5:30pm versus Ferris. Ferris will travel to on Tuesday Dec. 18 at 5:30pm to play Central Valley.
