Richland Bombers defeat Jefferson Democrats 80-67 in Washington high school basketball game

Richland Guard Cody Sanderson led all scorers with 19 points as the Bombers beat Jefferson Democrats 80-67 in a game.

Sanderson’s points came on 3 field goals, 4 three pointers and 1 of 2 free throws during the game.

Jalen Brown added 14. Jefferson fell to 1-0 overall while Richland improved their record to 7-2.

Jefferson’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Jan. 9 at 7:15pm versus Cleveland. Richland will travel to on Friday Jan. 4 at 7:30pm to play Hermiston.
