Northwest Christian School Crusaders edges Freeman Scotties 56-51 in Washington high school basketball game

Northwest Christian School Power Forward Brian Mackenzie led all scorers with 24 points as the Crusaders beat Freeman Scotties 56-51 in a game.

Mackenzie’s points came on 5 field goals, 1 three pointer and 11 of 13 free throws during the game.

Payson Phelps added 10. Freeman fell to 4-7 overall while Northwest Christian School improved their record to 4-2.

Freeman’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 4 at 5:30pm versus Lakeside. Northwest Christian School will travel to Freeman High School on Friday Dec. 28 at 5:00pm to play Tbd.
