Garfield Bulldogs defeat Bainbridge Spartans 62-43 in Washington high school basketball game

Garfield Point Guard Koren Johnson led all scorers with 14 points as the Bulldogs beat Bainbridge Spartans 62-43 in a game at Garfield.

Johnson’s points came on 2 field goals, 1 three pointer and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

Merritt Mcmahon added 9. Bainbridge fell to 6-9 overall while Garfield improved their record to 7-3.

Bainbridge’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Jan. 8 at 7:30pm versus Garfield. Garfield will host Rainier Beach on Friday Jan. 11 at 8:30pm.
