O'Dea crushes Rainier Beach 49-28

RB Jamyn Patu racked up 164 rushing yards and scored 5 touchdowns to help O’Dea to a 49-28 win over Rainier Beach on Friday night at O’Dea.

The Fighting Irish also recieved major efforts from QB Emonte Scott who rushed 8 times for 57 yards and RB Denez Haley who rushed 10 times for 86 yards.

Rainier Beach’s WR Mason Starling threw for 103 yards and 3 touchdowns and WR Derek Mckinney had 75 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.

The win helps O’Dea improve to 6-1 on the season while Rainier Beach falls to 4-2. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

O’Dea travels to Seattle, WA to take on the Garfield Bulldogs on Friday October 20 at 5:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
