Chief Sealth crushes Sammamish 47-12

QB Diego Jackson accumulated 150 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to lead Chief Sealth to a 47-12 win over Sammamish on Friday night at SWAC.

The Seahawks also recieved vital efforts from RB Bishop Jackson who rushed 12 times for 179 yards and 2 touchdowns and RB Dontae McMillan who rushed 18 times for 100 yards and 1 touchdown.

Sammamish’s Cobry Akana threw for 105 yards and 1 touchdown, Gabe Garrett-Singh picked up 47 rushing yards and Brandon Zanders had 89 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.

The win helps Chief Sealth improve to 5-2 on the season while Sammamish falls to 4-3. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Chief Sealth will take on the Bainbridge Spartans at home on Friday October 20 at 5:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
