Eastside Catholic crushes Skyview 48-21

QB Zach Lewis racked up 230 passing yards and threw for 4 touchdowns to help Eastside Catholic to a 48-21 win over Skyview on Friday night at Kiggins.

The Crusaders also recieved major efforts from WR Gee Scott Jr. who caught 3 passes for 131 yards and 2 touchdowns and RB Giovanni Ursino who rushed 8 times for 64 yards and 1 touchdown.

Skyview’s QB Max Rose threw for 65 yards and 1 touchdown, WR Travis Pinkney picked up 70 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR Jovon Sewell had 39 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

With the loss, Skyview falls to 1-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Eastside Catholic will take on the Union Titans at home on Friday September 15 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Skyview travels to Seattle, WA to face off against the O’Dea Fighting Irish on Friday September 15 at 5:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
