Liberty crushes Nathan Hale 49-8

QB Samuel Brown racked up 98 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to lead Liberty to a 49-8 win over Nathan Hale on Friday night at LHS.

The Patriots also recieved key efforts from RB Jacob Thoresen who caught 1 pass for 47 yards and 1 touchdown and WR Reilly Larson who caught 1 pass for 43 yards and 1 touchdown.

Nathan Hale’s QB Natnael Tessema threw for 63 yards, LB Christian Williams picked up 48 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and TE Khepra Mims had 75 receiving yards.

The win helps Liberty improve to 4-0 on the season while Nathan Hale falls to 1-4. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Nathan Hale travels to Seattle, WA to challenge the West Seattle Wildcats on Friday October 6 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
