O'Dea cruises by Roosevelt 42-12

RB Jamyn Patu picked up 129 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to help O’Dea to a 42-12 win over Roosevelt on Thursday night at West Seattle High School.

The Fighting Irish also recieved vital efforts from QB Emonte Scott who completed 6 passes for 93 yards and TE Victor Felder who caught 1 pass for 42 yards.

Roosevelt’s QB Zach Joss threw for 80 yards, RB Charlie Funk picked up 90 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR Sam Vila had 33 receiving yards.

The win helps O’Dea improve to 4-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

O’Dea will take on the Seattle Prep Panthers at home on Friday September 29 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Roosevelt will face off against the Rainier Beach Vikings at home on Friday September 29 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
