Washougal cruises by Ridgefield 34-14

Ryan Stevens picked up 304 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to guide Washougal to a 34-14 win over Ridgefield on Friday night at Ridgefield High School.

The Panthers also recieved crucial efforts from RB Kade Coons who rushed 21 times for 163 yards and 2 touchdowns and Jakob Davis who caught 3 passes for 72 yards and 1 touchdown.

Ridgefield’s QB Dawson Lieurance threw for 127 yards and 1 touchdown, RB Jeremy Martin picked up 92 rushing yards and WR Carter Pankow had 46 receiving yards.

With the loss, Ridgefield falls to 1-4 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Washougal will face off against the Hockinson Hawks at home on Friday October 6 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
