Central Valley defeats University 49-42

QB Grant Hannan racked up 95 passing yards to help Central Valley to a 49-42 win over University on Friday night at Central Valley High School.
The Bears also recieved impressive efforts from RB Hunter Chodorowski who rushed 18 times for 105 yards and 2 touchdowns and RB Ryan Harper who caught 5 passes for 38 yards.
University’s QB Gavin Wolcott threw for 93 yards and 2 touchdowns, RB Terrell Sanders picked up 247 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns and WR Kye Duplessis had 39 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.
The win helps Central Valley improve to 6-1 on the season while University falls to 4-4. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
Central Valley travels to Spokane, WA to face off against the Lewis & Clark Tigers on Friday October 27 at 6:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
University will take on the Ferris Saxons at home on Friday October 27 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
