Freeman defeats Lakeside 19-7

RB Keegan Cottrell picked up 112 rushing yards to lead Freeman to a 19-7 win over Lakeside on Friday night at Lakeside HS.

The Scotties also recieved helpful efforts from WR Andrew McGill who caught 3 passes for 102 yards and 1 touchdown and QB Desmond Parisotto who completed 6 passes for 122 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Lakeside’s kasen hunsaker threw for 169 yards and 1 touchdown, Keaton nowak picked up 40 rushing yards and Micah holmes had 124 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Freeman improve to 4-1 on the season while Lakeside falls to 2-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Freeman will take on the Deer Park Stags at home on Friday October 6 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Lakeside travels to Chewelah, WA to challenge the Chewelah Cougars on Friday October 6 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
