Santiam Christian defeats Washougal 28-18

grant Carley racked up 106 passing yards to help Santiam Christian to a 28-18 win over Washougal on Friday night at WHS.

The Eagles also recieved impressive efforts from Luke JANSSEN who rushed 21 times for 130 yards and 1 touchdown and Noah hubele who caught 6 passes for 59 yards.

Washougal’s Ryan Stevens threw for 137 yards and 1 touchdown, RB Kade Coons picked up 106 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and Dalton Payne had 79 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

With the loss, Washougal falls to 6-3 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
