Ephrata cruises by Wapato 52-6

QB Zach Berryman picked up 198 passing yards and threw for 4 touchdowns to lead Ephrata to a 52-6 win over Wapato on Friday night at Kiwanis.

The Tigers also recieved major efforts from WR Chase Lus who caught 4 passes for 95 yards and 2 touchdowns and QB Seth Elliot who completed 4 passes for 84 yards and 1 touchdown.

Wapato’s QB Jose Acevedo threw for 58 yards and 1 touchdown, RB Jesus Frank picked up 145 rushing yards and WR Dejuan Davis had 33 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Ephrata improve to 3-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Ephrata will face off against the Ellensburg Bulldogs at home on Friday September 22 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
