Ephrata crushes Ellensburg 35-14

QB Zac Berryman had 298 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to lead Ephrata to a 35-14 win over Ellensburg on Friday night at Kiwanis.

The Tigers also recieved vital efforts from WR Jakob Oxos who caught 13 passes for 159 yards and 1 touchdown and RB Leeland Burleson who rushed 11 times for 63 yards.

Ellensburg’s QB Brady Helgeson threw for 97 yards and WR Trace Townsend had 97 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Ephrata improve to 4-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Ephrata travels to Othello, WA to face off against the Othello Huskies on Friday September 29 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Ellensburg will face off against the East Valley Red Devils at home on Friday September 29 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
