Aaron Brumley racked up 72 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to lead Prairie to a 21-20 win over Battle Ground on Friday night at BGHS.

The Falcons also recieved vital efforts from Jayson Maddux who completed 5 passes for 44 yards and Izaiah Ward who caught 1 pass for 27 yards.

Battle Ground’s QB Seth Workman threw for 48 yards, QB Brock Robinson picked up 280 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns and WR Isaiah Cummingham had 28 receiving yards.

With the loss, Battle Ground falls to 0-4 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Prairie travels to Vancouver, WA to challenge the Evergreen Plainsmen on Friday September 29 at 5:30pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
