O'Dea edges Lincoln 23-21

RB Jamyn Patu racked up 140 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to guide O’Dea to a 23-21 win over Lincoln on Saturday night at Husky Stadium.

The Fighting Irish also recieved vital efforts from QB Emonte Scott who completed 4 passes for 70 yards and 1 touchdown and RB Mark Tafia who rushed 7 times for 76 yards.

Lincoln’s Caden Filer threw for 84 yards, Tristian Kwon picked up 60 rushing yards and Julien Simon had 39 receiving yards.

The win helps O’Dea improve to 1-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

O’Dea travels to Shelton, WA to face off against the Shelton Highclimbers on Friday September 8 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Lincoln travels to Auburn, WA to challenge the Auburn Mountainview Lions on Friday September 8 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
