Eastside Catholic beats O'Dea 21-7

QB Zach Lewis accumulated 265 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to lead Eastside Catholic to a 21-7 win over O’Dea on Friday night at ECHS.

The Crusaders also recieved impressive efforts from WR Gee Scott Jr. who caught 4 passes for 107 yards and 1 touchdown and RB Giovanni Ursino who rushed 18 times for 59 yards.

O’Dea’s QB Emonte Scott threw for 13 yards, RB Jamyn Patu picked up 167 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and TE Victor Felder had 19 receiving yards.

The win helps Eastside Catholic improve to 6-0 on the season while O’Dea falls to 4-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Eastside Catholic will face off against the Seattle Prep Panthers at home on Friday October 13 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
