Lakeside crushes Franklin 38-6

QB AJ Allen accumulated 282 passing yards and threw for 4 touchdowns to guide Lakeside to a 38-6 win over Franklin on Friday night at Mem.Stad.

The Lions also recieved helpful efforts from WR Adolphus Adams who caught 5 passes for 121 yards and 2 touchdowns and RB Marcus Jackson who rushed 19 times for 97 yards.

Franklin’s Davis Whitehurst picked up 35 rushing yards.

The win helps Lakeside improve to 5-1 on the season while Franklin falls to 0-5. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Lakeside will face off against the Ingraham Rams at home on Friday October 13 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Franklin will face off against the Lakeside Lions at home on Friday October 6 at 5:01pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
