Liberty beats Davenport 22-14

RB James Heer picked up 161 rushing yards to help Liberty to a 22-14 win over Davenport on Friday night at Liberty.

The Lancers also recieved major efforts from WR Jawaun Nave who rushed 10 times for 96 yards and QB Alec Fletcher who completed 10 passes for 107 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Davenport’s Alex Plasencia picked up 138 rushing yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Liberty improve to 1-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Liberty will take on the Mary Walker Chargers at home on Friday October 27 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Davenport will face off against the Liberty Lancers at home on Friday October 20 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
