Washougal defeats Columbia River 17-0

Ryan Stevens accumulated 124 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to guide Washougal to a 17-0 win over Columbia River on Friday night at Washougal High School.

The Panthers also recieved crucial efforts from Kade Coons who rushed 10 times for 43 yards and Nathan Tofell who rushed 12 times for 50 yards.

Columbia River’s QB Julian Garcia threw for 20 yards, Jordan Wiggins picked up 74 rushing yards and WR Kanen Eaton had 11 receiving yards.

With the loss, Columbia River falls to 1-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
