Davenport crushes Lake Roosevelt 53-0

RB Alex Plasencia had 164 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to lead Davenport to a 53-0 win over Lake Roosevelt on Friday night.

The Gorillas also recieved major efforts from RB Justin Regan who rushed 10 times for 148 yards and 1 touchdown and QB Jaden Flett who completed 4 passes for 47 yards and 1 touchdown.

Lake Roosevelt’s Hunter Whitelaw threw for 28 yards and Tony Nichols picked up 44 rushing yards.

The win helps Davenport improve to 8-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Davenport travels to Asotin, WA to face off against the Asotin Panthers on Friday November 17 at 7:00pm. In their previous matchup on Friday September 22, the Davenport Gorillas earned a 20-14 win.
