West Valley crushes Franklin Pierce 46-13

QB Blake Transue picked up 86 passing yards to help West Valley to a 46-13 win over Franklin Pierce on Saturday night at West Valley HS.

The Eagles also recieved crucial efforts from RB Tanner Jones who rushed 5 times for 117 yards and 2 touchdowns and QB Matthew Allen who completed 8 passes for 90 yards and 1 touchdown.

Franklin Pierce’s Claudell Quinland threw for 169 yards and 1 touchdown, Stoney Shafer picked up 74 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and Max Bletterman had 59 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps West Valley improve to 11-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
