Garfield defeats Eastside Catholic 19-10

QB Javon Tade picked up 160 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to help Garfield to a 19-10 win over Eastside Catholic on Friday night at Seattle Memorial Stadium.

The Bulldogs also recieved impressive efforts from WR Tre’Shaun Harrison who caught 10 passes for 93 yards and 1 touchdown and RB Aereck Savelio who rushed 17 times for 69 yards.

Eastside Catholic’s QB Zach Lewis threw for 102 yards, S Malik Putney picked up 105 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR DJ Rogers had 61 receiving yards.

With the loss, Eastside Catholic falls to 10-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the second matchup between the two teams. In the previous game Friday September 29, Eastside Catholic came out in front, 19-10.
