West Valley edges Eastmont 14-10

Matthew Allen accumulated 70 passing yards to lead West Valley to a 14-10 win over Eastmont on Friday night at West Valley High School.

The Eagles also received major efforts from Kobin Carver who rushed 9 times for 46 yards and Ethan Rehn who rushed 8 times for 49 yards and 1 touchdown.

Eastmont’s QB Caelen Massey threw for 61 yards, RB Carsen Talley picked up 66 rushing yards and Tanner Nelson had 52 receiving yards.

The win helps West Valley improve to 3-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

West Valley travels to Clarkston, WA to challenge the Clarkston Bantams on Friday September 28 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
