QB Ryan Blair racked up 274 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to guide Mead to a 47-28 win over University on Friday night at Spokane Valley.

The Panthers also received major efforts from RB ISAIAH SALDANA who rushed 24 times for 105 yards and 3 touchdowns and WR MICHAEL WORKMAN who caught 6 passes for 108 yards and 2 touchdowns.

University’s QB Gavin Wolcott threw for 154 yards and 1 touchdown, RB Isaac Matt picked up 172 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns and WR Kye Duplessis had 84 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

With the loss, University falls to 3-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Mead travels to Mead, WA to face off against the Mt. Spokane Wildcats on Friday October 5 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
