Fife defeats Franklin Pierce 42-27

QB Gannon Ginnis racked up 147 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to guide Fife to a 42-27 win over Franklin Pierce on Friday night.

The Trojans also received impressive efforts from FB Malakai Samuelu who rushed 9 times for 116 yards and 3 touchdowns and RB Dom Hernandez who rushed 5 times for 35 yards.

Franklin Pierce’s QB Claudell Quinland threw for 114 yards and 3 touchdowns, RB Willie Coleman picked up 45 rushing yards and TE Toney Brown had 74 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Fife improve to 5-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
