Ferris beats Moses Lake 17-7

QB Jack Clavel racked up 58 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to help Ferris to a 17-7 win over Moses Lake on Friday night at Joe Albi Stadium.

The Saxons also received impressive efforts from Joe Von Ruffin who rushed 11 times for 75 yards and LB Nate Schlosser who rushed 7 times for 56 yards and 1 touchdown.

Moses Lake’s QB Dominic Signorelli threw for 120 yards and 1 touchdown, RB Moses Garza picked up 14 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR Bradley Matheson had 51 receiving yards.

The win helps Ferris improve to 1-0 on the season while Moses Lake falls to 0-1. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Ferris will face off against the Moses Lake Chiefs at home on Friday August 31 at 8:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Moses Lake will challenge the Davis Pirates at home on Friday September 21 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
